To submit an Ad Match request, follow the steps below.
- Visit the Walmart Ad Match link by clicking here.
- Fill out the form as completely as you can, with your first and last names, email address, product name, order number, the price you paid for the item(s), and the link to the ad you would like to match.
- Click “Submit” and your request will be forwarded to the Customer Service team. It takes 2 business days to complete.
