What is a VoxBox & How Do I Get One?
VoxBoxes are packages filled with free products! But not all VoxBoxes are the same. Some are brand-specific and feature one product or product line, while others are an assortment of goodies from all different companies. The thing all VoxBoxes have in common – they are themed!
The most active & social media savvy members are often prioritized to be selected for these campaigns. The higher your score – the better chance you will be selected. Members with a strong social presence and high activity (in the specific demographic they are targeting at the time) tend to be prioritized. This ensures that members receive products that interest them.
How Do I Increase My Score?
Your Influenster Score is a direct reflection of your social influence. The bigger your social network, the higher your score. So be sure to connect any and all social media accounts you have including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ and more. Your score is based upon the number of friends, followers or subscribers you have on each network.
What Else Can I Do?
Social score isn’t the only deciding factor when it comes to who receives VoxBoxes. Often, those selected for VoxBoxes are chosen based on how they’ve answered their Snaps & what Badges they’ve completed.
Badges: Badges are your way of proudly displaying your interests to the Influenster community. The more active Badges you have, the more they will know about the topics, products & lifestyles you’re invested in, and be better able to match you with suitable VoxBoxes.
There are 4 main types of Badges – Expert Badges & Lifestyle Badges, which you unlock based on the topics that represent you and VoxBox Badges & Brand Badges, which are only available to campaign participants.
To unlock Badges, visit your Influenster Dashboard and select Badges, then click through the ones that interest you. Each Badge has specific activities for you to complete that earn you points. Get to 100 points & the Badge is unlocked. Be sure to continue to participate in Badge activities even once you’ve unlocked it, since VoxBox priority is given to the most active members.
Snaps: Snaps are quick survey questions that help Influenster get to know a little bit more about you and your interests. Snaps also award a little boost to Badges that relate to the Snaps questions you complete. Since there’s no limit on the number of Badges you can unlock, answer as many Snaps as you can to keep boosting your Badges!
