I was able to order this. I just had to click on Canada English instead of US English. This is on the offer page where you can choose which offer you want it is above that box in a purple bar on the screen.

I was able to get it. What funny is that after I submitted it and it said my samples were on their way it also said if I’d like more samples to check out the other two packs but when I tried to order a different pack it said they would not send another one since I had already ordered a sample. So no clue why they’d suggest ordering another sample if you can’t.
