I just printed mine from Chrome. Thanks a lot for your advice. I spend yesterday trying to print from Firefox unsuccessfully and then sow your e-mail this morning about it working from Chrome :). Perfect timing 🙂

“Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try printing later.”

Anyone have any luck getting these to print?

I am never able to print Smart Source, it always gives me Java issues no matter how many times I upgrade and try reprint, totally sucks

Why do they change something that isn’t broken, the new software is garbage. I like the old way it printed 50% quicker with no problem/issues.

So basically they’ve got our data and now they can sell it to whomever they want and there’s no benefit to us because most of seem to have printing issues. What a scam.

I am unable to print the coupons as well. Was able to 2 months ago, but have not been able to since. Java is downloaded correctly. Doing everything I have done previously to no avail!! Extremly frustrating! Waste to much time trying to figure it out!!!

I only have a iPad and I use it for everything. Since you changed from mail to print coupons I am lost because I can’t install Java! Please bring back the mail coupons, I’ll even pay the postage if you’re company can’t afford to.I’m sure there are a lot of people in my situation. SPEAK OUT PEOPLE

I had trouble printing coupons as well. I was using Chrome….I switched my browser to IE and they printed fine. I hope this helps.

I have tried for several months (various days/times) to send my mailing address for my coupons. I have picked my mail coupons and gone through all the foofahrah and am down to the area where my mailing address is required. Well, at this location is a large piece of business re: contacting company/address/how do I get ?/my info not accepted/help/etc. but the SUBMIT BUTTON is covered over and I cannot for the life of me release this SUBMIT BUTTON so that I might send my mailing info and then get receipt of the coupons I have selected. I cannot understand why a location/site – very businesslike has been set up but the conclusion of this piece of selections is blocked off. Why bother to give me choices of mailing coupons and then not allow me to collect them through mail. This has happened to me over several months – I would really like to get these coupons – a lot of time is spent making my selections and then being blocked out and not getting my coupons seems like ‘IDLE WORK” – I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY A PERSON AT YOUR END SETS UP THE WEBSITE AND COUPON SELECTIONS AND THEN BLOCKS US OUT FROM SENDING OUR MAILING INFO BUT REFUSES TO RELEASE THE SUBMIT BUTTON SO THAT I CAN GET MY COUPONS. Does anyone out there understand why this foofahrah and then no coupons that might save me a few cents. What a waste of time. Why don’t you just delete the entire mess and forget about sending us free coupons.

I have tried everything they have told me and am still unable to print coupons. Don’t seem to have any problems printing from other sites. Bring back the Mail coupons or fix the issues with printing them. It is obvious that there is a problem here when you read the comments.

I have the same problem printing as most of the folks in the other comments.
– Java is a lost cause.
– Maybe if the manufacturers could come up with just a pdf version and that way we could get them to our email and print them like a normal document. And if we get our quota on each coupon, so be it. At least I would use them.
– I too have stopped using them via mail as it costs me more to waste ink and paper as also noted in the other comments. We pay enough for products, then the ink, then the paper and at the end of the day, it’s not much of a discount after all that.
– And I also empathize with those who don’t have a printer.
– Oh yes, around here, not all stores take printed coupons either.

P&G, please bring back the mail coupons.

Can’t print the coupons either.

ALso, I was at Superstore the other day, and one of the clerks said they no longer accept self-printed internet coupons…Anyone else having this issue?

Seems like they should be happy to get the business. And not everyone uses any sort of coupon, so what is the big deal?

I agree with the majority of the above comments! Can’t print these coupons, spent way too much time trying, and not worth my effort any more. If they wanted us to have and use these coupons, it should be much easier. I also know some people who don’t own a printer. Hardly seems fair.

nothing but trouble trying to print these. Then only one coupon prints on a full sheet of paper. What a waste! I’m not doing this any more. it’s costing me a fortune in paper and ink and I’m not going to save that much from each coupon. We’ve also got stores here that won’t take printed coupons so what’s the use? I’m just going to start switching brands to other companies that care enough to still offer mail out coupons …

I hardly use coupons anymore because it’s not worth the time/cost to print them. The cost to print them is more than the value of the coupons in most cases. Not to mention the hassle you get when trying to use them in some stores. And when I did try to print the Kraft coupons, it wouldn’t work. Please bring back the mail coupons.

I think it’s dumb that they took away the mail coupon option. Not everyone can print coupons at home.
So I’m sure they will lose out on product sales when people can’t access the coupons!

just printed 4 coupons.
I updated my java a few weeks ago, maybe that’s what causing you a printer issue?

Getting the”coupon error” message as well.
I tried using a different browser, but still got the same message.
