– live in Ontario
– own a Smartphone & be willing to download a free application to complete the mission
– visit a participating grocery store for a shopping trip by the deadline

Qualifies for the 2nd part of the survey – The one you are supposed to get by e-mail?

I did my in-store survey around June 5th and I am still waiting on the e-mail confirmation / second part of the Mission!!

When I did it, it was a couple of weeks from start to finish 🙂 Be patient. You will get a follow-up survey in a few days, then a few more days after that you will get your reward 🙂
