Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the company. I have never personally had any contact with them, so I can’t give you any advice.

I had 2 questions about the company because their website did not explain anything very well. So I posed my 2 questions on facebook and they were immediately deleted and they blocked me from posting. I tried to email and they never responded. My 2 questions were: I was wondering if you are an independent coffee company or owned by another company and if so who? Do you do your own roasting of beans or does another company do it for you? As a customer I have a right to know what I am buying and bean head does not seem to want to answer any questions. I find this to be very strange unless you are trying to hide something.
