it seems as though each cashier has their own policy. i used the B2G1 on the aerosols at rexall .. they had laundry detergent for 2.53 on clearance by method so i used a coupon to get $3 off when you buy 2 method products and they were unsure whether it would be okay.

I thought the manufacturer reimburses the company for the amount.

Unfortunately, sometimes that will happen. It seems every store has it’s own rules sometimes..

The few times I’ve tried to do that in the past, once at Walmart, the cashier and manager say if you’re using a BOGO coupon, no other coupons can be used on the items that qualify under that BOGO coupon.

It would be interesting to clarify with a company like SC Johnson to see if they permit you to use the B1G1 Free coupon and a $1 off on the item you’re paying for with that B1G1 free coupon.

Furthermore, at Rexall this week the ASSISTANT MANAGER tried to tell me that since my B2G1 Glade coupon said “cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts” that I couldn’t use it on the Glade Aerosols because they were on sale. This, I knew, was completely wrong so I price matched at Walmart and used the coupon there.

It’s a great feeling isn’t it 🙂

Great question – wrong coupons!
For the Sunlight I didn’t use a $3 wub2 different products, I used 2 x $3 off Sunlight Dish Pacs Coupon from Shopper’s Voice (1 was mine and 1 was Ryans). Then I used the Free Dish Soap wub Dish Pacs coupon from Redplum April 3rd.
For the Scrubbing Bubbles I purchased the Scrubbing Bubbles Fresh Brush and used a $1 off coupon, I used the Buy a Fresh Brush, Get a Toilet Gels Free Coupon from Right@Home on the Toilet Gels.
In both instances, only 1 coupon is being applied per product and yes, it is completely allowed. It’s not stacking, it’s an effect strategy for combining coupons. Just because you are getting a free product when buying a product (BOGO Coupon) doesn’t mean you can’t also use a dollars off coupon on the product you are purchasing.

The sunlight $3 off coupon is when you buy any two different sunlight products, then on top of that you used another Sunlight coupon for a free item when you bought any Sunlight product for the same set of products.

Same with the scrubbing bubbles toilet brush … you used a $1 off coupon then used another coupon (B1G1 free) on another scrubbing bubbles product because you bought the toilet brush, which you already used $1 off on …

I thought we weren’t allowed to do this.

It’s like trying to use a B1G1 free coupon, then using a money off coupon on the product that’s not free.

Your question is a bit of a fuzzy area. To use the $5 wus $15 coupon in conjunction with the $7 warmer or B2G1 coupon is actually stacking. The only way it would work is if you bought the warmer with the $7 coupon, then spent an additional $15 to use the $5 off coupon. You can’t cover the remaining balance owing on the warmer with the $5 wus $15 coupon.

Question: I had a buy $15 worth of Glade products and get $5 off. The cashier didnt allow me to use it with WUB2 get 1 free or the $7 off the glade warmer even though the remaining balance paid on products were over the $15. Is this how 1 coupon per item would work? (Rexall)

Next time I plan to PM because alot of Rexall products cost more than walmart.
