We’ve got a new recall to tell you about this morning.

Check your fridges & freezers for Fjord Laks brand fish products. A & E Distribution along with CFIA is recalling multiple products from the marketplace due to the possible growth of Clostridium botulinum if sold refrigerated.

Food contaminated with Clostridium botulinum toxin may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. Symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, fatigue, dizziness, blurred or double vision, dry mouth, respiratory failure and paralysis. In severe cases of illness, people may die. Consumers should not consume the recalled products. Instead they should be thrown out or returned to the store where they were purchased.
