Nestle Canada and Health Canada have launched a voluntary recall of specific lots of Nestle Good Start 2 Concentrated Liquid Infant Formula.
The recall was initiated because Nestle says the minerals in the formula may separate over time and appear as black particles in the concentrate. The separation of these minerals could result in a lower intake of nutrients when consumed.
Consumers who have the recalled products are to dispose of them and contact Nestle Consumer Services at 1-855-395-1238 for reimbursement.
