					<description><![CDATA[Had you ordered something for the Coyotes, I&#039;m sure the order would have been processed better.  JUST KIDDING!

I ordered a Reebok premiere jersey a while ago and there was a free shipping/free lettering promotion, and it stated on the promotion that it&#039;d have sewn numbers/nameplate, not the stitch look applique (I actually called to make sure it would be sewn on).  Lo and behold, when I got it, it was the iron-on applique.  Worse, because it was the new Senators&#039; Jersey (Home Red) the white in the numbers bled through so it looked pink. 

I called the 1-800 number and was told they couldn&#039;t process returns on customized items, so sorry. 

At this point, no one sells B&#038;T jerseys that aren&#039;t authentic so I&#039;m going to have to get a pro-shop to sew on the letters etc.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve been lucky enough to find any NHL item I wanted for my dad, who is a huge Bruins fan, either on Amazon.ca or on e-bay.ca. I am huge e-bay fan as well as a big amazon.ca fan. I order A LOT of items on amazon.ca, I mean I most likely spend more money there in one month than others do in a year. I&#039;ve almost always had excellent customer service. (I sell my e-books on amazon.com and my friends always tease me when I get paid that the money is going to go straight back to amazon when i order books) 

I am assuming the price you paid for your items included customs, because I find it odd they would say they didn&#039;t want to pay the duty. I have always had to pay the duty when an item was shipped from the USA. Very strange indeed!]]></description>

The snuggy arrived within a few weeks, but the sweater still hadn&#039;t arrived within weeks of christmas,and our order (much like yours) was &#039;stuck at customs&#039;. 

Christmas came and went,and we would keep calling NHL to ask whats going on,and where our sweater was. FINALLY one day they said that the sweater we wanted was out of stock the whole time,and that they never actually sent us one to begin with! They didn&#039;t even call or send us an email to let us a know! AND they didn&#039;t refund our money until we ASKED them to! 

We wrote them very angry letters,and they have not gotten my business again.]]></description>
