You have to use an old browser like explorer or firefox. Turn OFF your firewall / pop up blocker. It took me 2 weeks playing with it, since then I have made 2 redemption’s (packages) . 100 points per package.
Note: Turn off all extra software – security, firewall, pop up blocker – trust me – thats the main problem. Just turn things back on once your finished.
I wish they put together a package better suited for men.

Try using a different browser – I’ve heard it doesn’t work well with IE.

I have filled out the profile information multiple times and it saves, but when I log back in the information is gone and it asks me to fill out the Health and Wellness section again. The contact form on the website won’t work either. Is anyone else having trouble?
