Hemp Hearts! We buy these from Costco regularly (if you take a look at the daily nutritional value for 2 Tbsp, it’s insane), they taste delicious! They have a light nutty flavour like sunflower seeds. I sprinkle them over rice (or when I make pilaf), in my cereal, I have also made almond brittle and sprinkled them over the top before hardened (for a “bark” effect). I have also added them into my meatloaf (turkey meatloaf in this house). I can’t say enough about hemp hearts, I hope you love them!
