Your old software owes you money. Find out more about the Canadian Microsoft Software Class Action.

If you purchased PC versions of Microsoft MS-DOS, Windows, Office, Word, and/or Excel between 1998 and 2010, you could be entitled to up to $250 in CASH COMPENSATION!

The Class Action

The Class Actions alleged that Microsoft and Microsoft Canada were involved in a conspiracy to illegally increase prices for certain Microsoft products. While the defendants do not admit, and expressly deny, any wrongdoing or liability, they have settled in court.

After deductions for court approved legal fees and other expenses, the maximum settlement amount that will be available as compensation to members of these Class Actions will be $409,936,100 CAD.
