Why people insist on creating scams like this to lure in innocent, unsuspecting people will forever baffle me.

There is a new scam circulating now via email that appears to be from Canada Revenue Agency – it’s not!

The email claims that the recipient “Tax Payer” is entitled to a tax refund in excess of $600! All you have to do is click the link and enter your information.

If you receive an email like this – PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION!

Revenue Canada would NEVER send out an email like this! The same can be said about any major bank, retailers, creditor etc.

If these people want to reach out to you, they will do so via telephone or “snail mail”.
