I’ve got a good news / bad news kind of update for you regarding the Old El Paso Restaurante Seasoning Pack FPC’s redeemable by August 14th.
I feel it’s always better to end on a good note, so I’m giving you the bad news first.
The bad news – According to an email distributed by Save.ca tonight (check your inboxes for confirmation), due to a distribution error, the Old El Paso Resaurante Seasoning Packs will not be available at a local store in time to redeem our coupons tomorrow.
The good news – To make up for this error, Save.ca is sending out coupons for a Free Old El Paso Restaurante KIT! This coupon new coupon will be redeemable on Friday September 25th.
**UPDATE** A SaveaLoonian has informed us that after speaking with General Mills yesterday, it was learned that the original offer (for the Seasoning Packs) was intended for Western Canada only! As a result, it is our understanding that only those contacted by Save.ca (Eastern Canadians) with the email about this issue, will be receiving the replacement coupons for the kit. If you live in Western Canada and have this FPC and are able to find the product – REDEEM IT!
Personally, I feel like this is a win-win for me! I now know why I wasn’t able to find the product in-stores and I get a higher value free product coupon as a replacement!
