   Keeps telling me I have to have a “real” email. I have even tried my other emails. Does not work.

   First it tells me to wait because they’re doing ”Maintenance” and then it tells me that my account doesn’t exist anymore. It doesn’t work for me too.

       THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! BEING TRYING TO GET ON SITE FOR LAST 3 HOURS KEPT TELLING ME WASN’T IN DATA BASE NOW ALL SAMPLES GONE!!!??????? NOT VERY IMPRESSED!!

   Keeps telling me I need to register; have tried for 30 min and nothing is working. They’ve just brought up the maintenance screen again.

   went thru all the survey clicked on the samples to get..submitted it got the confirm page but they had wrong address there so i changed the address and confirmed it they said to look for e-mail to confirm the order…well i am still waiting and waiting for the e-mail to come..they said i had an hour to confirm it..shoot what do i do now..grrr getting very frustrated it

   I tried for several hours last night, all I got was the maintenance message. I finally got the site and clicked on get samples, it was going sooo slow, and I thought I had registered a while ago, but I had just signed up to get email reminders, and then so when I went to register, I et the maintenance screen again, and that’s all I’ve been getting this morning for maybe the last half hour or so. I’m definitely going to be sending a complaint email there way as soon as I can even get to the contact us page

   I was able, after about 30 mins of fighting with it, to get 8 samples…and then when I went to confirm my address it tells me “cannot connect to server” so when I finally get it started again I had to start all over. There were only 2 samples left then, but at least I got those.

   I am going to be very upset if there were more than 2 samples left and it wouldn’t let me order more, because it wouldn’t let me re-do the survey, I answered honestly the first time and was able to claim 8, so I’d be understandably upset if it was due to an error rather than lack of availability.

     no, I don’t believe so John, because I tried explorer, firefox and google chrome. I had to fight with it for a few hours to get it to work. I think I, and others, were just lucky in the timing. Also, just to be safe, I tried from my PC, Laptop and my tablet…all with no luck until finally at the end I was able to grab the two.
