We had recently moved into our first house, I was a college student, Ryan was working with a variable income and together we were spending WAY to much money on food & household necessities! I had always been a savvy shopper and discovered couponing in late 2010. As I got better at it, the grocery bills started plummeting and friends & family started to take notice. To make a long story short, we started SaveaLoonie as a way to help those close to us save some cash – we never imagined that here we would be, 4 short years later, with a community of over 71,000!
