Today was a pretty decent shopping day. Got a ton of great stuff at great prices! We spent a fair amount of money but got alot of things we need for around the house.

We started off at good ole’ Walmart. We did some price matching and got some sale products. Here is the break down:
– garbage bags -> $6 (no coupon, no sale but we had NONE)
– 2 boxes Nestle Drumsticks -> $2.97 ea
– 6 Powerade -> sale $0.88 ea
– 4 Listerine -> $5.79 – $3 off coupon x 4 — could have taken advantage of the 2/$8 but for an extra $1.79 ea got 4 $3 off Aveeno coupons and 4 71mL Aveeno hand lotions (value makes us + about $17!)
– J-cloths -> 2.94 (again no coupon, no sale but needed)
– 2 Scrubbing bubbles toliet get -> $3 ea
– 2 toliet duck -> $2.94 ea – both free with coupon
– 3 Swiffer refills -> $2.99 ea – $1.50 coupon x 3
– 4 Cascade pacs -> $2.99 – $1.50 x 4
– 5 Sidekicks -> $0.99 ea
– 9 cat food -> $0.65 ea – B2G1 free x 3

OOP: $67.33

Next we went to Rexall, these were the best deals of the day in my opinion! Going to need lots of this bug spray for camping next month! Everything here was on sale, in addition because I have an SPC card I get an extra 10% off everything!
– 3 Off Deep Woods -> $8.20 ea – $2 x3
– 3 Off mini sprayers -> $5.09 ea – Free with coupon x 3
– 4 Finish dish detergent -> $3.99 ea – $2 x 4

OOP: $36.71

Last but not least we had some actual groceries to pick up so we went to No Frills. Everything we bought was on sale, even though most of it we didn’t have coupons for. Some times you just can’t wait to buy things. Unfortunately though, here is a prime example of why you should ALWAYS watch the register. One of one $1 off coupons got rung through at $0.10. I didn’t catch it until it was too late and so wound up paying an extra $0.90. Doesn’t seem like much but these things add up.
– 3 Allen’s juice -> 3/$2
– 5 Stouffer’s Bistros -> $2 ea (saving PINs for Stouffer’s Rewards so these are worth while!)
– 5 6x710mL Coke -> $2 ea
– 5 Monster Energy drinks -> $2 ea (hubby drinks these)
– 2 packs cheese slices -> $2 ea – $1 x 2
– 2 Kraft PB -> $2 ea
– eggs -> $2.45
– 3 frozen pizzas -> 2@$2, 1@$2.97
– milk -> $4.47
– 2 bags cookies -> $1.99 ea
– Toaster Strudel -> $2 – $0.10 (should’ve been $1 )
– Smuckers Jam -> $3.97
– Bacon -> $3.99
– Tomatoes -> $2.76

OOP: $68.85

As a bonus for this trip, we wound up with 4 x 71mL bottles of Aveeno hand lotion (retail $15.96), 4 x $3 off Aveeno coupons, $10.50 in Greenworks coupons, 4 x $2 off Finish coupons.

Total spent: $172.89, alot but I think we are good for a while. Happy couponing everyone!
